The Nashville Predators host the Florida Panthers at Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 24, looking to end a two-game losing streak.
The Predators (6-11-4, 16 points) have been shut out in back-to-back games, most recently a 3-0 loss to the Colorado Avalanche on Nov. 22. Nashville has lost seven of their last eight games, but general manager Barry Trotz says he’s sticking with Andrew Brunette as his coach.
In an interview with The Tennessean, Trotz said he needs more from his players, especially on offense. The Predators ranks 31st in the NHL with 2.29 goals per game.
Florida (11-9-1, 23 points) lost 6-3 to the Edmonton Oilers on Nov. 22, but have been playing better after a slow start to the season. The Panthers have won four of their last six games and in sixth place in the Atlantic Division.
Brad Marchand leads the Panthers with 13 goals and 11 assists through 20 games. Former Predators draft pick Seth Jones leads all Panthers defensemen with three goals and nine assists.
The Predators will go with Juuse Saros in net, while the Panthers will go with either Sergei Bobrovsky or Daniil Tarasov.
The Nashville Predators vs. Florida Panthers game will be televised by FanDuel Sports Network South, with streaming available via FUBO and ESPN+ (outside of the Nashville TV market).
