It’s another baby girl for Washington Capitals player Dylan Strome and his wife, Tayler. Sutton Kimberley joins big sisters Weslie, 4, and Emerson, 2.

But baby Sutton decided to make her entrance a bit earlier than expected. She had impeccable timing, arriving when her dad was actually “on the ice” playing a game against the Montreal Canadiens last Thursday.

He proudly shared the news during intermission on ESPN and was clearly full of bittersweet emotions over not being there for Tayler. Calling her a “warrior of a wife,” he tearfully expressed how proud he was and how much he wished he could have been there.

Once reunited, Strome created an Instagram post, with the whole family pictured together in a heartwarming family photo with Baby Sutton, captioned “Girl dad x3. This one is a tad different than the rest. Mom even more of a rockstar, Dad even more tears.”

Read on to find out more about the unique name they chose for their newest addition.
