The only game on the NHL schedule on Tuesday features the best player in the world, as Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers pay a visit to the Dallas Stars.

This is a rematch of the past two Western Conference Finals. The Oilers managed to vanquish a veteran-laden Stars team on their quest to back-to-back Stanley Cup Finals.

The Oilers are still hanging in there despite another rough start to a season. Though many have doubted the team’s legitimacy, Edmonton has managed to pick up wins, despite some horrendous losses on the way. McDavid and company hope to build on a solid 6-3 victory over the Florida Panthers on Saturday night.

While they have dealt with some injury woes, the Stars still look like one of the best teams in the Western Conference, let alone the Central Division. Dallas has a little bit of a speed wobble, dropping two of its past three games, including a shootout loss to the Calgary Flames on Saturday.

This is the second of three meetings between the postseason rivals. Dallas took the first meeting in Edmonton three weeks ago with a 4-3 shootout victory.
