Jamie Benn started off the offensive onslaught with his 400th career NHL goal, while Nathan Bastian scored twice, Jason Robertson extended his goal streak to seven games, Wyatt Johnston had a four-point night (1 goal, 3 assists) and, in total, 13 different Stars skaters had at least one point. It added up to a very memorable return to Edmonton for Stars head coach Glen Gulutzan, who served as an Oilers assistant coach for the previous seven seasons.
