Colorado Hockey Now
The Avalanche are preparing for their toughest back-to-back yet. They take on the surging Minnesota Wild at 1:30 p.m. on the road before heading home Saturday for a 1 p.m. puck drop against the Montreal Canadiens. I’m looking forward to seeing those Quebec Nordiques jerseys again.
But before we get there, let’s rewind back to Wednesday’s 6-0 victory over San Jose. Most importantly, the play of Blackwood and how thankful he was for the guys in front of him after recording his second straight shutout.
