The Nashville Predators host the Winnipeg Jets at Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 29.

The Predators beat the Chicago Blackhawks 4-3 on Nov. 28, scoring three times in the second period to earn their second straight win. Steven Stamkos, Luke Evangelista, and Ryan O’Reilly each had two points in the win.

Nashville (8-12-4, 20 points) remains in eighth place in the Central Division. O’Reilly now leads the Predators with 18 points.

Winnipeg (12-11-0, 24 points) have lost four straight games, including a 5-1 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Nov. 28. The Jets have fallen to sixth place in the Central Division after being an early favorite to win the division in October.

The big issue for the Jets? Goaltender Connor Hellebuyck has suffered a knee injury and will be out four-to-six weeks. In his absence, Eric Comrie and Thomas Milic will share goaltending duties.

The Jets still have a dangerous offense, led by Mark Scheifele’s 13 goals and 17 assists. Defenseman Josh Morrissey leads the blue line with 18 assists.
