On the 12/2 edition of the PhHN Daily, we take a look at the latest Flyers news. We also have an NHL trade, a former Flyer’s return to the league, a look at a young, fun rookie, and fight night!

We’re keeping the introduction short and sweet today. Let’s get into the 12/2 PhHN Daily!

Philadelphia Flyers

Philly Hockey Now: Let’s catch up since the last time we had a daily.

On Monday night, the Philadelphia Flyers faced the Pittsburgh Penguins, losing 5-1 at Xfinity Mobile Arena. Many things went wrong for the Flyers on Monday. Among the many things that went wrong, the Flyers looked outright tired. The team has the day off on Tuesday. Maybe they will be well rested ahead of Wednesday’s game against the Sabres.

In the game on Monday, Tyson Foerster exited the contest with an upper-body injury and never returned to the game. No further update was provided after the game. As of Tuesday morning, there is still no update.

On Sunday, the Flyers waived Adam Ginning. There was some thought that he could be claimed, but after the 24-hour claim period, the Flyers’ defenseman cleared waivers. He has since been loaned to the Phantoms while the Flyers roster sits at 22.
