DALLAS — The Pittsburgh Penguins will face the Dallas Stars Sunday evening with a pair of wingers who haven’t played in weeks, but without Evgeni Malkin, whose maintenance day became an injury absence.
Sunday, the team returned Boko Imama to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, clearing a roster spots for Noel Acciari and Justin Brazeau.

Both Acciari and Justin Brazeau have been full participants in the most recent Penguins practices, including Saturday at a suburban Dallas facility.
Acciari told PHN Saturday, “When they call my number, I’m ready to go.”
The scrappy forward will likely resume his fourth-line role with Black Lizotte and Connor Dewar. Acciari had three assists in 13 games before suffering an upper-body injury.
The Penguins also announced that they have recalled defensemen Harrison Brunicke and Jack St. Ivany from their rehab assignments. Brunicke was on a one-time, 14-day rehab assignment.
The team also announced Tristan Jarry would start in goal.
