The Chicago Wolves kicked off December going 2-1-0. They lost to the Manitoba Moose on Wednesday, 5-0. Over the weekend, they had a series against the Milwaukee Admirals in which they swept that outscoring them 11-6. The Wolves’ offense was led by Bradly Nadeau, the Carolina Hurricanes’ top forward prospect, which led to him being named Howies Hockey Tape/AHL Player of the Week.
Nadeau had five points in the two games over the weekend on three goals and two assists; he also finished the week with a plus-five rating. Nadeau, this season in 15 games with the Wolves, has 17 points on eight goals and nine assists. He’s a plus-six with two power-play goals and two game-winning goals. He has also appeared in six games for the Hurricanes, scoring a goal, his first of his career, which came on October 30th in a 6-2 win over the Islanders; he was a plus-one in Carolina. Nadeau and the Wolves return on Saturday when they once again face the Admirals, with this game being played on the road; puck drop is set for 6:00 PM CST.

Bradly Nadeau
The Hurricanes drafted Nadeau 30th overall in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. He spent the 2023-24 season at the University of Maine, where in 37 games he had 46 points on 19 goals and 27 assists. He was a +20 with three power-play goals, a shorthanded goal, and four game-winning goals. Nadeau then appeared in one game for Carolina following that season at Maine. He didn’t record a point and was a minus-three.
Last season, he played in 64 games for the Wolves, recording 58 points on 32 goals and 26 assists. He was a -20 with ten power-play goals and seven game-winning goals. In two Calder Cup Playoff games, he was a minus-three and was held pointless. He also appeared in two games with Carolina, recording his first career NHL point, assisting on a goal a Tyson Jost goal on April 16, 2025. He also played for Team Canada in the World Juniors. In five games, he had two goals.
