ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Former Chicago Blackhawks Patrick Sharp and Kris Versteeg will serve as the honorary captains for the 2026 AHL All-Star Classic, the league announced Thursday.
This comes two months head of the BMO Center in Rockford hosting the festivities.
Sharp was a key part of the Hawks Stanley Cup runs in 2010, 2013 and 2015.
Versteeg helped Chicago win two of those cups and served as Rockford IceHogs captain in 2019-20.
