Penguins fans have been fortunate to watch some of the greatest players in NHL history.

In the early 1990s, Pens stars Mario Lemieux and Jaromir Jagr led Pittsburgh to back-to-back championships alongside other top scorers like Ron Francis and Kevin Stevens.

Then, the trio of Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin and Kris Letang turned the Penguins into a perennial contender, capturing three Stanley Cups (2009, 2016, 2017).

It should be no surprise, then, to see those legends on the franchise’s all-time leaderboards.

Penguins all-time points leaders

Lemieux has held the top spot on this list for many years, but Crosby is right behind him. Lemieux and Crosby are No. 8 and No. 9, respectively, on the NHL’s all-time points list, and Jagr is No. 2 behind only Wayne Gretzky, racking up 842 points after leaving Pittsburgh.

Crosby has already passed Lemieux in this category, and the gap will continue to widen with “Sid the Kid” still performing at a high level. Letang, sitting at No. 5, may be able to catch Jagr before the end of his career.
