The Buffalo Sabres’ front office shakeup continues.
The team announced on Sunday that Marc Bergevin has been named associate general manager, while Josh Flynn has been named assistant general manager.
Bergevin was previously the general manager of the Montreal Canadiens from 2012 to 2021.
Flynn previously worked alongside new general managerJarmo Kekäläinen, who took over the role last week, during his time with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
The Sabes announced Saturday that Jason Karmanos, who served as the associate general manager of the Sabres and general manager for the Rochester Americans, is no longer with the team.
Karmanos was in his fifth season with the organization.
