The Nashville Predators host the New York Rangers at Bridgestone Arena on Dec. 21.

The Predators pulled off an impressive win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Dec. 20, thanks to a late go-ahead goal by Luke Evangelista. Nashville (14-16-4, 32 points) has moved into seventh place in the Central Division and is five points out of the final wild card spot.

After the Predators play the Rangers, they embark on a seven-game road trip from Dec. 23 through Jan. 6.

The Rangers (18-15-4, 40 points) are in sixth place in the Metropolitan Division and have won two straight games. On Dec. 20, they beat the Flyers 5-4 in a shootout. Artemi Panarin, who leads the Rangers with 13 goals, scored twice in regulation and tallied the game-deciding goal in the shootout.

The goaltending matchup should feature Justus Annunen for the Predators and Jonathan Quick for the Rangers.

The Nashville Predators vs. New York Rangers game will be televised by FanDuel Sports Network, with streaming available via FUBO and ESPN+ (outside of the Nashville TV market).
