Game Preview
The Kraken have already gone above and beyond with my personal expectations with this road trip, and have 4 points and a 2-game win streak. Hell, they even got the hard part out of the way by beating Anaheim!
Now..they just have to do it to the LA Kings.
The Kings have been in a weird place; they’re still reasonably good at controlling the puck, their defense is still pretty strong…but recently they have had a hell of a time actually scoring; forcing them to play extremely tight hockey and it hasn’t exactly worked out for them perfectly. This may not exactly be a place the Kraken want to be when it comes to the kind of game they come out on top of most of the time, but if they focus down and limit their net-front chances like most of their foes have, they should have just as good a chance as Columbus, Florida, and Calgary to do what they did to them last time.
