One more game before the holiday break, and one more chance for the Caps to get back on track. They’ll face a Rangers squad that has been up and down all season, much like the Caps – and have struggled a bit lately, also like the Caps, with just two wins in their last five (both past regulation). The Caps were much better in Sunday’s overtime loss than the previous game, so here’s hoping they can carry over the better parts of their performance – and leave behind that whole losing part heading into the break.
