The Adirondack Thunder says the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association have reached a tentative deal on a new collective bargaining agreement.

The union announced a players’ strike while negotiations were taking place.

This led to multiple games being postponed.

Adirondack Thunder staff says players will return to play, pending ratification and approval.

The Adirondack Thunder, a New Jersey Devils affiliate, began ECHL play in 2015, following the AHL Adirondack Flames’ move to Stockton, Calif., according to HockeyDB.com.
