The latest came on Monday, and it involved a Vancouver Canucks prospect.

The prospect is Gabriel Chiarot.

Chiarot was playing for Brampton, but he was traded to Kitchener.

Going in return are eight draft picks, and the rights to Adam Valenti.

Here’s what that looks like in graphic form:

Chiarot initially entered the OHL with the Mississauga Steelheads.

He has 66 points in 137 OHL games, broken down in 39 goals and 27 assists.

The Canucks drafted Chiarot in the sixth round of round of the 2025 NHL Draft at No. 175 overall.
