The puck will drop on Thursday. January 1 at 7 p.m. at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.

The game will be broadcast on KSKN 22 The Spot with pregame coverage starting at 6:30 p.m. The game will be shown in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene region over the air on KSKN 22 The Spot!


What to know about the Kraken vs. Predators

The Kraken have split the last two games at home, beating the Philadelphia Flyers 4-1 on December 28 before falling to the Vancouver Canucks  3-2 in a shootout.

Nashville has a 17-17-4 record in the division, while Seattle is 16-14-7. Both the Predators and Kraken have also won four of its last five games, with Nashville playing New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas before they take on the Kraken.

Jordan Eberle and Eeli Tolvanen lead the Kraken with 25 points each. Ryan O’Reilly leads the Predators with 34 points so far this season for Nashville.

The game on Thursday is the first regular season matchup of the season for the two teams.
