Coach of the Year
Janet Candy, Perryville
Led the Panthers to their third straight Class 1A state playoff appearance and third straight region title. Finished the season with a 6-0 mark against Cecil County opponents, which won Perryville the Conowingo Division title and earned the Panthers a spot in the UCBAC playoffs. Ended the season with a 9-5 record.
Macey Walls, Perryville, Forward, Junior
Finished the year with a team-high 11 goals for the Panthers and tied for the team lead in assists with three. A first-team All-UCBAC selection.
Nadelie Adams, Perryville, Forward, Senior
Another dynamic scorer for the Panthers’ offense. Finished second on the team in scoring with nine goals and distributed three assists. A second-team All-UCBAC selection.
Olivia Bristow, Rising Sun, Forward, Senior
A consistent scorer for the Tigers. Finished the season with a team-high 10 goals while creating scoring chances and providing leadership for a young Rising Sun offense.
Neve O’Hare, Bohemia Manor, Midfield, Junior
Anchored Bohemia Manor’s midfield with great field awareness. Finished with four goals and dished out three assists. A second-team All-UCBAC selection.
Sarah Alayan, Elkton, Midfield, Junior
A true playmaker for the Golden Elks. Finished the season with 18 points, including a team-high 15 goals. Added three assists from her midfielder position for the Elks.
Taylor Zellner, North East, Midfield, Senior
Orchestrated almost every play, creating opportunities for North East’s offense and defense. Finished the year with a team-high three assists, along with two goals. A first-team All-UCBAC selection.
Emma Lidy, Perryville, Midfield, Senior
Served as a distributor in the midfield for the Panthers. Finished tied for the team lead in assists with three. Recorded two defensive saves.
Lilli Rongstad, Rising Sun, Midfield, Sophomore
Possessed exceptional field vision and conditioning to constantly pressure opponents. Finished the year with two goals and four assists. A second-team All-UCBAC selection.
Courtney Marut, Bohemia Manor, Defense, Freshman
Led Bohemia Manor’s defense that averaged 1.1 goals per game and recorded five shutouts. Scored three goals and recorded four assists on the season.
Casey Leftridge, North East, Defense, Senior
Anchored North East’s defense at center back. Finished the year with two defensive saves and scored one goal. A second-team All-UCBAC selection.
Anna Sparks, North East, Defense, Senior
A vocal leader along North East’s back line. Was not afraid to get involved defensively with a team-best seven defensive saves.
Jenna Clark, Perryville, Defense, Senior
The leader of Perryville’s defense. Recorded four defensive saves for a unit that held opponents to 2.1 goals per game. A first-team All-UCBAC selection.
Berlyn Griffin, Perryville, Goalie, Junior
Anchored Perryville’s defense as the last line of protection. Recorded 114 saves, good for a save percentage of 83.8%. Allowed 22 goals on the season with just four goals coming against Cecil County opponents.
