We open up NHL predictions with the Dallas Stars going for the season sweep against the San Jose Sharks. Dallas is expected to turn to Jake Oettinger in goal for this game. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The Stars are 4-3-3 in their previous 10 games, including stopping a six-game losing streak against the Washington Capitals. Jason Robertson leads the club in goals so far this campaign with 25 for Dallas.

Yaroslav Askarov is the projected starter for the Sharks, who are 6-4 in their last 10 games. San Jose has also won four of its last five games entering this game against Dallas. There’s been no sophomore slump for Macklin Celebrini, who leads the team in goals (24), assists (43), and points (67).

The Stars have had the Sharks number as of late. However, San Jose gets the victory in this game.

Prediction: Sharks win 4-3.
