Anthony Davis’ 2025-26 basketball season might be a wrap, but the Mavericks big man has other shenanigans to busy himself with.
On Wednesday Warner Bros. Discovery announced that TBS has greenlit 16 half-hour episodes of the hidden camera comedy series “Foul Play with Anthony Davis‚” hosted by the Mavs’ forward.
The unscripted series pairs elite athletes with elaborate pranks, giving them one chance to pull off their mischievous plans or “foul out” trying.
The show debuted as a half-hour special last winter with guest stars like Mookie Betts, Cameron Brink and future Mavs teammate D’Angelo Russell.

“Anthony Davis brings the same precision and swagger to comedy that he does to the court,” TBS President Jason Sarlanis said in a statement. “At TBS, we love a show that knows how to have fun and ”Foul Play” is exactly that. We’re excited for our viewers to have as much fun watching it as Anthony and the other athletes had filming it.”
The show pulled in over 3 million viewers in its premiere and ranked as the highest debut for its timeslot in more than five years. The upcoming season will “introduce a top-tier new lineup of professional athletes and celebrity guests, each ready to raise the stakes and the laughs,” according to a release.
The first batch of episodes will premiere on Monday, April 6, immediately following the NCAA National Championship basketball game, and at 8 p.m. every Monday following. Special guest stars will be announced at a later date.
