The Minnesota Wild practiced Monday morning at TRIA Rink in St. Paul. After practice, head coach John Hynes, defenseman Brock Faber, and goaltender Filip Gustavsson spoke with KSTP Sports.

Hynes provided injury updates, and discussed defenseman Quinn Hughes and Faber playing big minutes, ice time rotations, their many overtime games, and parity in the NHL.

Defenseman Jonas Brodin is expected to miss 6-8 weeks with a lower-body injury. He’ll miss the Olympics for Team Sweden.

Faber and Gustavsson spoke about the upcoming Olympics, playing in their overtime games, and the parity in the NHL.

The Wild host Chicago on Tuesday.
