The MIAA has released its latest power rankings for boys basketball, girls basketball, boys hockey and girls hockey.

Six local teams are ranked in the top 10 of their respective divisions. Leading the way again is the Tewksbury boys hockey team, which is ranked No. 1 again in Division 2, just ahead of Canton.

Littleton is ranked third in Division 4 boys hockey. In basketball, the highest-ranked local team is the Tewksbury boys at No. 3 in Division 3.

Boys basketball

In Div. 1, representing the area are No. 34 Lowell (8-6), No. 42 Chelmsford (8-7), No. 45 Billerica (7-6) and No. 53 Westford Academy (4-8). In Div. 2, Dracut (1-11) is No. 53.

In Div. 3, ranked are No. 3 Tewksbury (9-4), No. 24 Lowell Catholic (8-3), No. 42 North Middlesex (7-7), No. 43 Shawsheen Tech (5-7) and No. 46 Wilmington (4-8). In Div. 4, Tyngsboro (4-9) is No. 45, Littleton (5-9) is No. 46 and Ayer Shirley (6-7) is No. 53.

In Div. 5, ranked are No. 32 Collegiate Charter School of Lowell (8-5) and No. 64 Innovation Academy (5-6).

Girls basketball

In Div. 1, ranked are No. 11 Billerica (10-2), No. 16 Westford (9-3) and No. 38 Chelmsford (5-8). In Div. 2, representing the area are No. 18 Lowell (13-1) and No. 25 Dracut (9-6).

In Div. 3, ranked are No. 18 Tewksbury (8-6), No. 31 Shawsheen (8-5), No. 40 Wilmington (4-9), No. 50 Groton-Dunstable (5-7), No. 57 Greater Lowell Tech (3-6) and No. 58 Lowell Catholic (4-8). In Div. 4, representing the area are No. 7 Tyngsboro (9-4), No. 28 Littleton (6-7), No. 58 Academy of Notre Dame (10-5), No. 63 Ayer Shirley (3-12) and No. 70 Nashoba Tech (1-10).

In Div. 5, Collegiate Charter School of Lowell (10-3) is No. 23.

Boys hockey

In Div. 1, No. 18 Chelmsford (9-4) and No. 39 Westford (0-12) are ranked. In Div. 2, No. 1 Tewksbury (13-0-1) and No. 12 Billerica (6-6-2) are powerful teams.

In Div. 3, ranked are No. 7 Dracut/Tyngsboro (11-1-1), No. 8 Shawsheen Tech (11-2-1), No. 17 Groton-Dunstable (9-5-0), No. 27 North Middlesex (4-8-1) and No. 40 Nashoba Tech/Greater Lowell Tech (7-7-1).

In Div. 4, No. 3 Littleton (12-1-0), No. 9 Wilmington (5-7-1) and No. 18 Lunenburg/Ayer Shirley (9-3-1) are among the top teams.

Girls hockey

In Div. 1, representing the area are No. 5 Tewksbury/Methuen (11-0-1), No. 14 Billerica/Chelmsford (6-4-2), No. 29 Shawsheen/Bedford/Lowell (8-4-0) and No. 31 Westford (8-5-2).
