Minnesota just landed another feature on Zillow Gone Wild and honestly this might be one of my favorites yet. A massive dome home tucked in the woods complete with an observatory, because of course, it has an observatory.
This is definitely not your average Minnesota listing and that is exactly why it is so fun. It is the kind of place that makes you do a double take because suddenly you are looking at a full on 4,000 square foot dome and thinking okay how did I not know this existed.

The shape is obviously the headline here. Curved walls, rounded ceilings, and windows placed in ways you just do not see in traditional homes. It feels more like an architectural experiment than a standard house and I’m loving every bit of it.
And how many places casually include an observatory in the listing? Can’t say I’ve seen many and I say that as someone who looks at houses for a living. The incredible walk-up observatory gives you treetop views and the kind of space that feels made for stargazing, zoning out, or just enjoying the fact that you live in a freaking dome, which how people can say that?!
Not to mention, the home sits on a wooded lot with an extra 1.24 acres included which adds to the whole private retreat vibe.

And here is where it gets even more interesting. For something this unique the price is surprisingly affordable at under $200k.
Not going to lie, I don’t know if I’d keep this place all to myself or turn it into the most epic Airbnb in Minnesota. Either way it is the kind of place people would never forget staying in, that’s for sure.

Zillow Gone Wild absolutely exists for homes like this. Ones that make you pause not because they are polished but because they are different. And Minnesota absolutely delivered with this dome.
