(Nashville, TN)  —  Jared Spurgeon scored his sixth career overtime goal to lift the Wild to a 6-5 O-T win over the Nashville Predators on Wednesday night at Bridgetstone Arena.  Matt Boldy scored a hattrick in the first period with his 30th, 31st and 32nd of the season but still needed goals from Yakov Trenin and Vladimir Tarasenko to force overtime.  That’s when the captain scored his sixth of the season to give the Wild a ninth overtime win of the season and second of the week.  The Wild will take a five game win streak into the Olympic break and will pause with the rest of the N-H-L until the end of the month.  Eight Wild players are headed to Milan for the Olympic Games including Boldy, Brock Faber and Quinn Hughes to represent the United States.  The Wild will next take the ice as a team on February 26th in Denver.
