Los Angeles landed winger Artemi Panarin from the New York Rangers just before the Olympic roster freeze went into effect, sending forward Liam Greentree and a pair of conditional draft picks to the Rangers, who are retaining half of Panarin’s $11.6 million salary-cap hit. Panarin won’t join the club until after the Olympics.

Dorofeyev leads Vegas with 25 goals, with Tomáš Hertl checking in with 22. Eichel upped his team-leading point total to 66. Schmid is 16-6-6 with two shutouts, a .895 save percentage, and 2.53 goals against average. Adrian Kempe tops the Kings with 20 goals and 46 points, while Kevin Fiala has 18 markers. Darcy Kuemper is 14-11-9 with a pair of shutouts, a .900 save percentage, and 2.59 GAA.
