MILAN, Ill. (KWQC) – The Quad City Storm is hosting a “Paint the Ice” event Monday at Vibrant Arena for the team’s upcoming Hockey Fights Cancer Night.
Anyone can paint the names of friends and family who are battling or have battled cancer on the ice. Organizers said those names will remain on the ice from Monday until the game on Feb. 13.
Organizers said the event is free and all materials will be provided. It runs from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday.
