Detroit Lakes, MN (KDLM) – Minnesota Wild forward Matt Boldy continues his impressive season, earning NHL First Star of the Week honors announced yesterday.

The recognition comes after a dominant two-game stretch in which Boldy recorded six points, including four goals and two assists. His explosive performance helped power the Wild during a critical week of competition.

Boldy’s stellar week is part of a breakout campaign that has seen him establish himself as one of the Wild’s top offensive threats. Through 54 games this season, the forward has accumulated 32 goals and 30 assists for 62 points, putting him on pace for a career year.

The Wild will look to carry their momentum into their next game on February 26th when they face the Colorado Avalanche.
