Stepan Gorbunov centered the first line in Chelmet Chelyabinsk’s 4-2 win over Dinamo St. Petersburg in Monday action from the All-Russian Hockey League. Gorbunov was held off the score sheet and now has 19 points in 20 VHL games this season.
Stepan Zvyagin skated on the third line in Khimik Voskresensk’s 3-1 loss to Metallurg Novokuznetsk. He did not figure in the scoring. Zvyagin has one goal and three assists in five games since joining the VHL squad from Dinamo Molodechno of the Belrusian Extraleague.
Matvei Shuravin played on the second defense pairing in Zvezda Moscow’s 2-1 win over Dynamo-Altay. It was Shuravin’s third game with the club after making 20 KHL appearances with CSKA Moscow.
