For the first time in 12 Years, the NHL returns to the Olympic stage, co-hosted by Italian cities Milan and Cortina d”Ampezzo. The Washington Capitals will have three players competing for gold across two of the 12 different nations. The men’s ice hockey tournament will begin Feb. 11, with the championship game scheduled for Feb. 22.

Team Canada
Tom Wilson and Logan Thompson will be making their debuts for Team Canada in the Winter Olympics. Even more exciting, Wilson was placed on the top line alongside Macklin Celebrini and Connor McDavid. Thompson will share goaltending duties with Jordan Binnington and former Capital Darcy Kuemper.
Team Slovakia
Fehervary will represent his native Slovakia in the Men’s Hockey Tournament. The Bratislava native just became a dad shortly before the Olympic break. Fehervary has emerged as one of the NHL’s most underrated defensemen. He has also worked his way back after spending last offseason recovering from meniscus surgery.
