While the Winter Olympics are in full force, two of the Las Vegas Aces’ star players are set to represent their country in a different fashion.

For the World Cup Qualifiers on March 11-17, Team USA has confirmed that guard Chelsea Gray and forward Jackie Young are on the roster.

The qualifying round for Team USA starts on March 11 against Senegal. The team will then face host nation Puerto Rico (March 12), Italy (March 14), New Zealand (March 15) and capping off against Spain (March 17).

Gray and Young will return to represent the United States, with both having Olympic gold medals (they won at the Tokyo 2020 Games in different formats, while both were part of the gold medal-winning team at the Paris 2024 Games). Gray also won gold with Team USA at the 2022 World Cup in Australia.

Gray and Young rejoin Los Angeles Sparks guard Kelsey Plum on the team, while much of the attention surrounds Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark and Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese.

Team USA has already qualified by virtue of their gold medal in the 2025 FIBA AmeriCup, but they are participating in the tournament to gain experience for the 2026 World Cup, which will take place on Sept. 4-13 in Berlin.

FIBA has yet to announce viewing or streaming options for the qualifying tournament.
