The pivot was named the first star in Sunday’s rout over the Oilers, putting up a goal and an assist while centering the team’s top line. He also played on the Flames’ top powerplay unit, comprised of Andrew Mangiapane, Spencer Foo, Brett Pollock, and Oliver Kylington.
Dube’s speed is one of his best assets and it was on display throughout Sunday’s tilt. He was constantly on the puck, carrying the play and keeping defenders on their heels as he buzzed around the offensive zone. Thanks to his speed and exemplementry vision, he propelled his line – Mangiapane and Foo flanking him – to combine for five points.
