Welcome to the 2026 fantasy baseball season! Below you’ll find a downloadable “cheat sheet” with auction values, projections and rankings for the Top 600 players. Pitchers and hitters each have an overall ranking. Players are also separated by position; they have AL and NL designations for mono-leaguers, and I’ll update the cheat sheet as the preseason progresses. We’ll have points rankings in a separate post (coming soon), along with a fully customizable tool that lets you turn these projections into personalized rankings by entering your league settings.
One note for this set: Auction prices are based on replacement value, so players can have a “negative” value and a negative impact on your team’s performance ($0 is considered replacement level, meaning the caliber of player often available on the waiver wire). Using replacement value is simply a better way to rank players and assign value.
Fun notes!
Auction values are based on 12-team, 26-player rosters with a $260 budget.
If you want a clean set of ranks to peruse, you can find them here.
“Negative value” means negative value relative to the replacement level — in baseball, you can actually lose value (in category leagues). Again, it’s simply a representation to see true “value.”
If you’re looking for those customizable projections and ranks, this link has the gooooood stuff!
