San Jose Sharks player Pavol Regenda got on the scoreboard during Friday’s U.S.-Slovakia men’s hockey semifinal match at the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics.
Regenda scored late in the 3rd period for Slovakia, who fell to Team USA.
The U.S. men’s hockey team will face another Sharks player in the gold-medal match. Sharks star Macklin Celebrini, who has been red hot during his first Olympics run, leads Canada against the U.S.
Sunday’s gold medal game will air live at 5:10 a.m. on NBC Bay Area.
