Another road game, another blowout loss for the Dallas Stars.

Dallas’ road struggles this postseason continued Sunday in Edmonton as the Oilers ran away with a 6-1 win to take a series lead.

Connor McDavid and Zach Hyman each scored twice while Stuart Skinner made 33 saves in a dominant effort from the Oilers. Jason Robertson scored his first goal of the postseason on a deflection off a Lian Bichsel shot.

What a game changing non call. Something so night and day needs to be gotten right. Puck clearly went over the glass with no deflection #dallasstars #Oilers

So @DallasStars have the audacity to lose back to back games for the first time this off-season. Series over? Not quite. But the “big guns” and the goalie better step up Tuesday night or it essentially will be. #StanleyCup

Hockey is weird because the Stars played a much better game than the score suggests. Outshot and chanced them, just couldn’t capitalize. Tuesday is season on the line. Massive difference between going back to Dallas tied at 2-2 and down 1-3 https://t.co/8vcqw8R57i

Dallas looks like a beaten down team. Had some push back in the 2nd before faltering. Not sure they are going to be able to recover from this one with the Big Oil Machine picking up steam. #LetsGoOilers #TexasHockey
