The New Jersey Devils have signed their prospect and Utica Comets forward Matyas Melovsky to a two-year entry-level contract with an AAV of $986,250.
Melovsky is currently playing through his first pro season with the Comets on an AHL contract where he has scored 13 points (3G, 10A) in 35 games.
After a quiet start to the year, the 21-year-old was able to turn things around by putting up seven points in the last 14 games, earning his new contract that kicks off in the 2026-27 season.
