The Vegas Golden Knights returned home to T-Mobile Arena following the 2026 Winter Olympics and a five-game road trip, welcoming the Minnesota Wild in a game that began with a special pregame tribute. The organization honored players who participated in the Olympics, recognizing both Team USA and Team Canada for bringing medals back to the franchise. Team USA gold medalists Jack Eichel and Noah Hanifin were celebrated at center ice as 18,000 plus chanted “USA” as it echoed throughout the arena. The two Americans skated out with the flag and were joined by their Olympic teammates from Minnesota, Matt Boldy, Brock Faber, and Quinn Hughes, as they all came together at center ice to display unity.
