Minnesota Wild vs Colorado Avalanche
Head-to-Head: Wild 2-1 Avalanche
How to Watch: US TV: TNT; TruTV; HBO Max. Canada TV: Sportsnet+; TVA Sports.

Time: 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Our first and featured game of NHL predictions is the last regular season battle between the Minnesota Wild and the Colorado Avalanche. Filip Gustavsson is the expected starter for the Wild but always monitor social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Minnesota is 8-2 in the previous 10 games, including victories in its last two games. Kirill Kaprizov is first on the team in assists (40) and points (75).

Mackenzie Blackwood is the projected starter for Colorado, which is 7-3 in its last 10 games. The Avalanche have taken their last four games in a row, including a shootout win over the Dallas Stars on Friday night. Nathan MacKinnon leads the way with 42 goals and 61 assists for 103 points.

Both teams are playing well, and this could be a Stanley Cup Playoff preview. However, the Avs should get the victory.

Prediction: Avalanche win 4-2.
