The Vancouver Canucks have made a big addition to their lineup tonight as they host the Ottawa Senators on Amazon Prime Video as part of Monday Night Hockey.

After a pretty solid road trip, where they picked up three of a possible four points against the Chicago Blackhawks and Winnipeg Jets, the Vancouver Canucks are back at home tonight for an all-Canadian clash with the Ottawa Senators on Monday.

“Lankinen first #Canucks goalie off the ice this morning.” Jeff Paterson of Canucks Army said on X.

The Vancouver Canucks took to the ice earlier today at Rogers Arena where there were some notable absences as Evander Kane wasn’t in attendance, while Brock Boeser left shortly after the morning skate began.

“As per #Canucks Adam Foote, Kane, Boeser and Douglas are game time decisions. Will have to wait for warmups to see which two are playing.” The Hockey News’ Adam Kierszenblat shared.

Based on line rushes this morning, it looks like Curtis Douglas could make his Vancouver Canucks debut tonight, with the former fourth rounder of the Dallas Stars skating on a line with Aatu Raty and Drew O’Connor, a role that was occupied by Evander Kane on Saturday.

Douglas, a native of Oakville, Ontario, has spent the majority of his professional hockey career in the American Hockey League with the Belleville Senators, Toronto Marlies, Tucson Roadrunners and Syracuse Crunch before making the Tampa Bay Lightning’s opening night roster back in October.

In 29 games this season with the Lightning, Douglas put up two assists, 92 penalty minutes and was a plus-one while averaging 5:58 of ice time per night.
