Reimer’s last turn was a 3-2 win over the New York Islanders Thursday. He stopped 17 of 19 and hasn’t made 20 saves since Jan. 22. He isn’t facing a lot of shots either, averaging 17.8 shots fired his way in 6 starts. He has not faced the Rangers since 2022.

Senators at Rangers picks and predictionsPrediction
Senators 4, Rangers 2
Each team has won on each other’s ice, but Ottawa is rolling with its backup goalie. I would take a shot at Rangers (+155), but they’re on a back-to-back. I don’t like their chances offensively against the physical Sens. That said, Ottawa is priced out of range.
PASS.
Take SENATORS -1.5 (+125). The Rangers are just 9-17-7 at home. Three of their 4 straight losses were by multiple goals.
The Rangers are 6-3-1 O/U in their last 10, and Ottawa is 4-6. The Over has cashed in both meetings this season, but we’re projecting a push here. So let’s go to the 3-way result (regular time) and take SENATORS (-125). This means they win in regulation, and considering we’re pegging a multi-goal win, these bets align with each other.
