I, I don’t think he grades out as more than a bottom-pairing defenseman, and now, you know, you probably have him with Michael Kesselring on the bottom pairing.

And Parayko, at 32 years old, with, I think it was four years left on his contract, that was a risky acquisition for them because, you know, defensemen start to slip usually in their early to mid-30s.

But if you’re gonna grade the job that GM Jarkko, or Jarmo Keklinen has done, in getting two defensemen here, you know, how, how would you phrase it?

He’s really kind of diversified his game in the minors this year in Rochester, so he can be a scoring, winger or, you know, he can be more of a, a, a middle-of-the-pack guy with some defensive abilities.

So, I, I think it’s a, a very good plan B. Yeah, and it’s a plan B where we’re talking Sabres, we’re talking playoffs, and we’re talking guys that can get them not only into the playoffs but hopefully out of the first round.
