Here’s what you need to know:

Arber Xhekaj returns to the lineup as the seventh defenceman. He had been a healthy scratch the last six games. Josh Anderson is out after leaving yesterday’s game due to illness.

The Canadiens played in Nashville last night and came out victorious against the Preds.

Will Cole Caufield’s Saturday heroics extend into Sunday? He tallied his 20th Saturday goal last night.

Canadiens fans might also be relieved to see rookie Ivan Demidov heat up again. He’s got four points in his last three games.

The Hurricanes remain atop the Metropolitan Division standings, but the Habs handled them with relative ease on Tuesday.

Jakub Dobes was a big reason for that. He’s expected to start in goal after Jacob Fowler got the call in Nashville.
