PLAYER OF THE YEARRogan Lowe, New CanaanSenior, Forward
Stats: Led the Rams in scoring with 58 points, including 24 goals and 34 assists. … Helped New Canaan go 23-2 and win its first CIAC championship since 1972 with a 3-1 victory over Fairfield Prep in the Division I final. … Also led the Rams to their third-consecutive FCIAC title. … Finished career with 47 goals and 57 assists for 104 points.

COACH OF THE YEARClark Jones, New Canaan
Stats: In his ninth season as New Canaan’s head coach, led the Rams to their first state championship since 1972 with a 3-1 victory over Fairfield Prep in the CIAC Division I final. … It was New Canaan’s third-straight appearance in the state finals, during which it was 68-6-1. … Jones’s overall mark with the Rams is 151-47-9, including five FCIAC championships. New Canaan defeated Darien 1-0 in OT this year for a third-straight league title.

Preston Cantele, East Haven co-opSenior, Defenseman
Stats: Skated to a +59 rating this season, while scoring 10 goals and dishing out 24 assists for 34 points as a defenseman and surpassed 100 points for his career. … Led a defense which posted five shutouts and allowed one or fewer goals 11 times. … Helped the Yellowjackets reach the CIAC Division II finals twice, and win the CIAC and SCC Division II championships in 2025.
Honors: Named to the CHSCA All-State first team for three consecutive seasons. Named to the GametimeCT All-State second team last winter. Earned All-SCC first team honors in each of the last three years.

Jack Crowell, New CanaanJunior, Defenseman
Stats: Helped lead a New Canaan defense which allowed just 27 goals in 25 games, including eight shutouts. … The Rams allowed more than two goals just once, with that coming in a 5-3 win over Darien, and gave up just three goals in five postseason games. That included one goal allowed in a 3-1 win over Fairfield Prep in the CIAC Division I final. … New Canaan’s first state championship since 1972. … Scored 10 goals and had eight assists for 18 points.
Honors: Named to the CHSCA All-State Division I first team and the All-FCIAC first team.

Connor Driscoll, Fairfield PrepSenior, Forward
Stats: Collected 38 points with 25 goals and 13 assists while leading Fairfield Prep to a 16-9 record and a runner-up finish in the CIAC Division I tournament. … Scored twice and had two assists while leading the Jesuits to their second-straight SCC Division I championship, a 6-2 victory over Notre Dame-West Haven. … As a junior, he had a hat trick in a 4-0 win over Notre Dame-West Haven in the 2025 SCC Division I final.
Honors: The SCC Division I Player of the Year this season. Twice named to the GametimeCT All-State first team and the CHSCA All-State first team. Earned All-SCC first team honors the past two seasons. Named the Most Outstanding Player of the SCC Division I tournament as a senior.

Ethan Kelly, Notre Dame-West HavenSenior, Forward
Stats: Scored 10 goals and had seven assists as the center on the Green Knights’ top line. Collected 22 goals and 12 assists for 34 points in the past-two seasons.
Honors: Selected to the CHSCA All-State first team and the All-SCC Division I first team.

Luke Kondub, MasukSenior, Forward
Stats: Capped his four-year career by setting team records for career points (266) and assists (157). … Racked up 86 points with 54 goals and 32 assists this winter, and finished career with 109 goals. Had hat tricks in 11 games, including a double hatty in a victory over Hand.

Honors: Named the CHSCA Division III MVP and the SCC Division III Player of the Year this winter. Earned CHSCA All-State first team honors in each of the past three seasons. Twice named to the All-SCC first team, as a senior and sophomore, and was a second team selection as a sophomore.
Up Next: Will join his older brother Nick playing for the Boston Junior Rangers program.

JJ Laffin, Lyman HallJunior, Forward
Stats: Collected a team-high 49 points with 22 goals and 27 assists while helping the Trojans to the CIAC Division II championship. … Had four goals and three assists in four tournament games, scoring a goal in each contest. … Had Lyman Hall’s opening goal and, later, an assist in a 5-2 win over Conard in the final. … Surpassed 100 career points this season and has 103 for his career with 59 goals and 44 assists.

Alex Levey, DarienJunior, Defenseman
Stats: Led a defense which held opponents to an average of just 1.46 goals per game, including just 20 goals in the Wave’s final 19 games. Darien held opponents to two or fewer goals in 20 of 24 games, with eight shutouts and another eight games with just one goal allowed. Offensively, collected 23 points with nine goals and 14 assists.
Honors: Selected to the CHSCA All-State first team and the All-FCIAC first team. An All-FCIAC honorable mention as a sophomore.

Jack Marisca, DarienSenior, Forward
Stats: The speedy forward led the Blue Wave in assists with 16 and also scored 11 goals for 27 points. … Surpassed the century mark in career points this season, finishing with 103 on 42 goals and 61 assists. … Helped lead Darien to its first state championship since 2016 when it defeated New Canaan 4-1 in the CIAC Division I final in 2025.
Honors: This is his second season on the GametimeCT All-State first team. Named to the CHSCA All-State and All-FCIAC first teams twice. A CHSCA All-State second team selection and All-FCIAC honorable mention as a sophomore.

Stats: The three-year starter had a 20-1-0 record with six shutouts, a 1.26 goals against average and a save percentage of 96% this winter. … Made 36 saves for a shutout when Cheshire defeated the East Haven co-op 3-0 in the SCC Division II championship game. … He finished with a career record of 58-8-1, setting a program record for goalie wins. … Had a career save percentage of 93% with 1,605 saves against 1,717 shots and a goals against average of 1.76 in 67 games. … Helped the Rams reach two CIAC finals and win a championship in 2024. Reached the state semifinals this year.

Stats: Had a 1.08 goals against average and a save percentage of 94.5% in his first season as the Rams’ starting goalie. Had a 23-2 record with eight shutouts and allowed more than two goals just once this season. Made 25 saves, including nine in the third period, in New Canaan’s 3-1 win over Fairfield Prep in the CIAC Division I championship game.

Stats: The shutdown defenseman helped lead a Jesuits’ team which posted eight shutouts and held opponents to two-or-fewer goals in 17 of 25 games. … They allowed eight goals in the final nine games and had six shutouts in the final 12 games while reaching the CIAC Division I final. … Also had seven assists to aid the offense.
Honors: Named to the CHSCA All-State first team and the All-SCC Division I first team.
