Chernyshov will be a game-time decision for Wednesday’s game against Anaheim due to an illness, per Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News.
Chernyshov has five goals and 14 points in 20 outings in 2025-26. If he’s not available Wednesday, then Ty Dellandrea (lower body) is expected to draw back into the lineup. Dellandrea is still on injured reserve, so he’d need to be activated in order to play.
