In a game that featured over 100 penalty minutes and four different fights, the Binghamton Black Bears defeated the Port Huron Prowlers by a score of 5-1 in a highly spirited matchup as part of Binghamton Hockey Hall of Fame night where Jerry D’Amigo and Derek Wood were inducted into Binghamton hockey history.

Both sides would exchange goals on the man-advantage in the first period before the Black Bears exploded for four goals in a span of 12 minutes to hold a 5-1 lead heading into the final frame.

Mac Jansen, Zac Sirota, and Tyson Kirkby each picked up a goal and an assist in the win, C J Stubbs also finished with two assists as well. 

In total, Binghamton scored two goals at even strength, two goals on the power play, and one goal shorthanded. 

Binghamton netminder Dominik Tmej finished with 21 saves in the win.

The Black Bears will travel to Watertown for a matchup with the Wolves on Saturday
