Detroit Red Wings

Justin Faulk (lower body) is questionable to play at the New York Rangers on Saturday (12:30 p.m. ET; ABC, SNP, SNW). The Red Wings defenseman was injured during a 4-2 win at Philadelphia on Thursday, leaving the game in the second period. “Didn’t skate today, he’s getting treatments,” Detroit coach Todd McLellan said Friday. “We are hoping he’s going to be ready for tomorrow, but I can’t predict one way or the other. So, we’ll see how he is in the morning.” Faulk has three points (one goal, two assists) in 12 games since being acquired from St. Louis in a trade on March 6.
