Liam Greentree — LA’s first-round pick from the 2024 draft — was named to the OHL’s First All-Star Team. It was a phenomenal season for the 19-year-old Spitfires Captain as he was second on the Windsor team in goals (49), assists (70), and points (119). His linemate, Ilya Protas, led Windsor in all three categories and was named to the OHL’s Second All-Star Team. Greentree carried his regular-season dominance over into the playoffs, scoring 24 points (14 G – 10 A) in 11 games, including a five-goal night in Game Three of the second round against the Kitchener Rangers. An illness hampered his play in the latter half of the series against Kitchener as Windsor was reverse-swept with Greentree not finding the scoresheet in games four through seven, and was a late scratch in Game Five due to the illness.

Carter George — LA’s second-round pick from the 2024 NHL draft — carried the Owen Sound Attack into the playoffs. The goaltender went 17-22-3 with a 3.35 GAA and a .909 sv%. Don’t let the numbers fool you. George faced and stopped the most shots of any goalie in the OHL, and his .909 sv% was 7th-best in the league.. He got peppered with shots every game and was the MVP for an Owen Sound Attack team that squeaked into the playoffs. No George equals no 2025 playoffs for the Attack. Unfortunately, they ran into a wagon in the London Knights and bowed out in a four-game sweep in the first round.

After the Attack were eliminated by the Knights, George was assigned to the AHL and finished the regular season with the Reign and posted a 2-0-0 record with a 0.50 GAA, .984 sv%, and one shutout. He was the third-string goalie for the Kings in their first-round series defeat to the Edmonton Oilers.
