The Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins have three games remaining in their regular season, and they will get the best of their roster back for at least a game or two beginning Wednesday as the Pittsburgh Penguins shed a handful of players eligible to return to WBS.

On their way back are Avery Hayes, who scored two goals against the St. Louis Blues Tuesday, Rutger McGroarty, Ville Koivunen, Joona Koppanen, and Rafael Harvey-Pinard.

Koivunen, McGroarty, and Koppanen were on emergency recalls as the Penguins listed veterans as injured rather than healthy scratches. The team recalled Harve-Pinard specifically to play Tuesday in the regular season finale.

The WBS Penguins face the Hershey Bears at Mohegan Sun Arena Wednesday. They have already clinched a Round One bye in the Atlantic Division.
