BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo Sabres fans won’t have to wait too long to snatch tickets for Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The team announced Friday night that a limited number of tickets will go on sale to the general public Saturday at 3 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to visit Sabres.com/Playoffs prior to 3 p.m. to join the Ticketmaster queue.

The Sabres defeated the Boston Bruins 4-1 in Game 6 Friday night to clinch their first playoff series victory in 19 years. Buffalo will face the winner of the Montreal-Tampa Bay series, which is going to a Game 7 on Sunday, in Round 2.

A schedule for Round 2 games has yet to be released.
