The 2025-26 season has officially come to an end for the Belleville and Ottawa Senators ECHL affiliate, the Allen Americans.
Even with a loaded roster that included a handful of players from Belleville, the Sens’ Texas-based affiliate dropped a 5-3 decision to the Kansas City Mavericks (ECHL Affiliate of the Seattle Kraken) on Saturday night, losing their best-of-seven Mountain Division Final to the Mavs 4-0.
In terms of how those who suited up with Belleville this season fared, forward Danny Katic added two assists, bringing his playoff points total to 13 points (six goals, seven assists) in nine games played, while Riley Kidney scored twice to give him three points (two goals, one assist) in four playoff games. Defenceman Djibril Toure finished the 2026 Kelly Cup Playoffs with one goal and one assist over nine games, and Landen Hookey had one goal and two assists over nine playoff games. In the net, Jackson Parsons finished his first professional playoff run with a record of 1-4-0, a goals against average of 3.02, and a save percentage of .903.

Game 4 – Saturday, May 16, 2026: Kansas City Mavericks – 5 @ Allen Americans – 3
While the season is over for the Americans, the Mavericks will now move on to face the winner of the Central Division Final between the Fort Wayne Komets (ECHL Affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers) and the Toledo Walleye (ECHL Affiliate of the Detroit Red Wings). Fort Wayne currently leads that series 3-2, with Game 3 tonight at Fort Wayne.
